Our conference centre is not what you normally expect from a rural hotel or lodge. Often a conference room at some of our competitors venues is an after thought and a room not suited to the business of conferencing. Our conference venue was purpose built so you can adapt it to suit your needs.
The conference rooms all have blackout blinds, numerous power points, dimmer spot lights, WIFI & air-conditioning.
We have worked, side by side, over the past 16 years with BA Team to create a huge array of team building activities and options. We are constantly evolving what we have to offer.

Waterval also has an array of accommodation for your wedding guests, allowing them to stay on for your celebration. We have 36 units in total and 24 of these are ideal for families.
School camps at Waterval Country Lodge are designed to provide students with an educational and fun-filled experience outside of the classroom.
The camps are usually organised for students in grades 1-12 and offer a range of activities and programs aimed at developing teamwork, leadership skills, and self-confidence.
Waterval Country Lodge, offers a true family breakaway, with access to hiking trails, the magnificent Tulbagh mountain biking trails, organised activities for the kids, picnics and much more. The historical town of Tulbagh is only 8 km away, with award winning wines and olive oils, all within a 10 minute drive.
All rooms are comfortable, stylish en-suite units and offer air-conditioning, king-size beds, linen and towels.
