A 24 hour Conference package includes the following:
Arrive to Tea/Coffee & muffins
Full conference facilities - Our air conditioned conference centre come equipped with OHP, flip charts, whiteboards, TV and VCR, dimmable lighting. We supply pens, paper, markers, chilled water, orange juice and mints. There are long extension leads and enough power points for all your laptops etc.
Tea/Coffee & Cake break during the morning
Lunch at the Lodge or a Picnic Lunch on our Waterfall deck (your choice)
Conference continues Tea/Coffee & biscuit break during the afternoon
Braai in our Boma Area (your choice)
Overnight Accommodation in our air-conditioned Luxury Safari tents, Log cabins and Garden rooms - each with it's own en-suite
