Waterval Country Lodge is a Halal-friendly venue. We're not certified as we sell alcohol on the premises and non-Muslim staff cook in our kitchen. However, most of our Muslim delegates are satisfied about the lengths we go to keep our food and venue as Muslim-friendly as possible.
We believe in creating activities that include all participants. It does not matter what age, fitness level or disability individuals may have. We ensure that all members of a team take part in the structured activity that was chosen.
We tailor make our package to best suit your pocket and requirements. From conferencing, team building on and off site, weddings, Year-End functions, school camps, student camps and many more.
Our Menu is a set menu served in buffet style. Everyone will be eating the same meal. Unless special requests made for specific dietary requirements.
At Full capacity we can sleep up to 171 pax. We have two accommodation venues within our venue
The Bush Camp.
We offer an open bar option, cash bar option or you can run a bar tab for your
function. Please note with the open bar and bar tab options, the drinks will be charged to the final invoice.
There are may reasons for dietary constraints and they differ from person to person. At Waterval Country Lodge, we happily adjust our menu to accommodate your specific requirements.
We at Waterval Country Lodge understand and cherish the bond humans share with their pets. However, due to the fact that we're not set up for pets and have our own dog on the premises, we regrettably do not allow other pets on the property.
Situated at the foot of the Obikwa Mountain Range. Waterval Country Lodge is located on the outskirts of Tulbagh. Roughly a 120km drive from Cape Town.
